MrBlack Publications published 24th Figure Modelling handbook again keeping his photo quality, substantial text content and adding new contributors habit. As usual, the book is in A4 format with a laminated cover and 52 pages.

The book offers 10 articles from Ancient times, Fantasy,World War I and II with tips and techniques on painting and weathering on Acrylic, Enamel, Oil paints and Printers’ ink. Besides a few 54 mm figures, this issue is focused on painting large scale figures and busts. A few articles are great references on painting Non- Metallic Metal technique.

The article describes painting a Roman shield very well. Sergey chose a lion symbol of XX Legion Gemina and shows how to draw and paint it in 8 photos.
