Richard started off with the Dragon #6259 kit, and supplementing the kit interiorwith parts from the Brach Model Bison I interior, Eduard photoetch # 35 813, and scratch built parts using photo references from the Net. The driver is a modified Heller French tank crewman. The 15 cm sIG33 is from the kit plus details from E.T. Model #E35016, Eduard photo etch, the sight from the Alan kit and some more scratch built bits. The chassis is mainly from the kit, plus some scratch built and Eduard photoetch. AFV 15cm ammo and accessories were also added. Richard used the individual link tracks from Alan Bison I #019 with modification on the teeth. They are painted Humbrol 160 with brown pigment mixed with the paint, then drybrushed the usual way with Humbrol rust, matt aluminium and light wash of black in the interstices. For reference Richard used the excellent book Achtung Panzer #7 on Pz I and II. The 3 figures are scratchbuilt using Dragon,Tamiya and other parts. Helmets for example are from Tamiya with added details. They all have pins(1 or 2) under their feet for the final gluing with epoxy. Tamiya paints were used for the kit, with Humbrol and Model Master for details. Weathering was done with Vallejo pigments and Humbrol drybrushed. For the figures he primarily used Humbrol and Model Master. The crosses are the excellent Wilder dry transfers and the E from the kit covered with Model Master flat lacquer.
