There has been some news on a few of the modeling boards (including Armorama) that AFV Club was releasing a 1/35 Sdkfz 231 8-wheeled armored car, but it wasn't solid info yet.
Well, I've been in touch with one of my contacts at AFV Club and he confirmed that they are intending to release the 231.
I have not heard any info about any plans for them releasing any other variants yet, but let's hope...

Hey, thats good news!!
The last 231 was a tamiya kit from the 70's. Strange that they make more variants of a tigertank that only exist on paper or 9 different variants of a panzer 4 ausf. H april, may, june, juli, production, than they make a new vehicle.
(a nice new T-26 or T-35) or update a old kit...
If it comes, i'l buy one. I have a nice pic from a africacorps 231 with the turret blown of and replaced it with a pak 50mm.
