Passion Model is a company I have only recently discovered and despite my best efforts I have not been able to find out very much about the company other than what the products are they make and sell. The company sells its products on the Lionmarc website and In this first part of a double news story we take a look at the resin figures on offer.

Hi Darren

I have the three sets of German figures you show in your news item and I have to say I was a little disappointed with the detail on them for resin figures, compared to figures from the leading brands such as Alpine, Hornet, Evolution etc.

They are really not that much better than Dragon Gen2 plastic figures in my opinion. They are not really bad, it's just the other resin figure makers have raised the bar.

The poses are nice though. I'll probably replace the heads with Hornet or spare Alpine ones and maybe the hands if they don't look good after some sharpening of detail with a knife.

Thank you for your opinion Alan as I have no knowledge other than the pictures.
