I would like to present you my very first scratchbuilded miniature. It was made a few years ago. To be honest, there are a lot of mistakes and weaknesses, especially at the paintwork - for example the colours of the figure are wrong.
It represents armored version of M923 A2 military truck used during OIF.
The base for this work was Italeri’s Big Foot built many years ago. The inspiration for its ‘renovation’ was the picture of actual OIF which was found on the ARMORAMA site by my friend - Kamil (KFS-miniatures)
A lot of scratch, some PE parts (for example for the gun), resin stowage etc..
Model is painted with Tamiyas and Gunzes (C). For dusting I’ve used some MIG, Vallejo and Kremer pigments.
Please, note, this is only inspired by some pictures of OIF guntrucks and doesn’t represents any particular vehicle.

Some pictures taken during creation .

Very well made model. The CPK cab isn't easy to build.
It is one on my future project.

The gunner shield and protection kit are nice. It's the first building of this type of turret I see in miniature.

To be really honest: I'd be delighted if I could do stuuf half as good as that! A stunning, interesting and detailed build. I love it....
