Bringing more guns to a gunfight than the other guys is always a good idea. Especially if you''re going fast on a Humvee! Mario Matijasic reviews one of the latest Live Resin releases: "US Army M240B/M249 Military Systems Group Inc. SA-1 Swing Arm with H24-6 Machine gun Mount" [set LRE-35018]

Another great looking set an d great review: thanks.

It's a pity this also comes with the M240, same as the turret ring set. I think he should have includede the M249 in this set....not to worry though I'll still get both sets eventually and the seperate M249 weapons (x3) set

I understand your point completely. I have the M249 set and it works well with the H24 mount. Just note the way the M249 magazine is added to the whole system... it is not secured in the mount ammo cradle!

Thanks for the support,
Mario

Do you have a photo of it on the mount?

Edit: You do, photo 22 and 23 in the review! Stoopid me...

Looks weird but extremely cool, doesn't it?

Sorry for the necro-post. Would the swing arm arrangement in this set be appropriate for the commander's MG mount on an LAV-25? Thank you

Amazing, simply amazing. Now why can't I get figures that equal this level of quality.

No, the LAV-25 used (uses?) the Platt scissors/swing mount, available from AFV Club in one of their Stryker sets.
