MiniArt it seems is looking at the braille scale model makers and is working on a 1/72nd scale building to go with all the new braille scale kits that are hitting the market. Take a look inside for more details

I'm not a braille scaler (I have enough trouble with 1:35!) but this looks very intriguing. Thanks for the news Darren.

MiniArt have been producing 1/72 scale figures and buildings for a while, although they've been rather quiet on that front recently. This new building, and all those others they have lined up, look really nice - if you're into that scale .

That's for highlighting this release.

You took the words out of my mouth!

Great release, I wish they would "upscale" those 1/72 building kits to 1/48 and 1/35, I understand they are injection moulded plastic, not vacuform?

Cheers,

The only 1/72 building I purchased from their line was small "ruin" of a building for a vignette and the wall was vacuform as well as the optional brick and stone fillers for the window. The base was injection molded.

I bought their Russian farm house and buildings. The walls and roof sections for one building were all injection and the thatch roof (which lacked detail) and base for the other house were vacuform. This latest release seems to be far superior to the previous releases.
