Back in June 2011 MiniArt announced work on a new GERMAN TANK CREW (Normandy 1944), well it looks like this one will finally be hitting the shops soon.

What's with that hair? Especially the bloke with his hands on his hips. He looks like:

Perhaps it was the style of the day but someone should be shouting "Get your hair cut you Orrible little man".

Nice poses and really nice rendition of u boat leathers. These guys look a lot like many pics of the HJ in Normandy. Lots of long hair.
Nice to include the accordian as well.

He reminds me of the Character Major Easy from the old "Battle Comic"

Hi

Maybe its their attempt to look like or maybe the sculptor was inspired to get him to look a bit like Panzer Ace Kurt Knispel

The guy leaning over could have been inspired by the guy in this photo, and the others, hence the hair styles although I think a little overdone in my view

Why do you have to complain about something every time a new kit enters the stage?

This little hair isn't something a modeller can't fix within 2 secs according to his desires with the tip of his modelling knife, so this seems to be pointless hair-splitting...

Great figures! Wan't to see more like these...

Ingo, not a complaint, just a comment, I think that's OK.
Not sure what you mean by "every time" but I like your "hair splitting " joke.

Ingo it is more about having a laugh rather than complaining. I like the product someone made a comment about the hair and I was having a laugh with them.

Perhaps one can actually turn it into the "Major Easy" character figure with a few judicious swipes of the modelling knife and the application of some 2-part epoxy putty .
A Beautiful set of figures, nonetheless, with one of the best faces I've seen so far in injection moulded plastic, comparable to after-market resin figure heads .
Good Job, Mimiart .
Cheers !
Kenneth.

I have more sets of figures than most hobby shops and I don't think many can be as good as these look. Sharp features and the faces are excellent looking. Best I have seen in plastic!
