Is that an excessive amount of stowage on the LRDG truck...? Haven't seen any reference photos with that load.....hate to be the gunner or trying to get to the rear gun if in contact..!

Would love to have both the tractor and gun, but not sure my wallet, or Financial Adviser, would approve. They both look awesome to me.

No very common for the trucks to be fully loaded to busting point at the start of an Op.

The "heavy tractor" was also used by the US army, unusual though, the photographs I have seen show them with the roof removed. It is thought this was done for rail transportation.
