Just finished this build, might need a little more dusting, but I really don't mind the cleaner look.

Looks awesome Rick, I'm guessing with the open commanders hatch there will be a figure in their soon?

Really fine results here, Sauceman!! The stowage is excellent. As to the "clean Look," you could say it's been sitting in a tank bivouac area in foggy, rainy England just before D-Day.

Nice Firefly Rick,

Did you base your build and markings off a specific tank? The only reason I ask is that you've marked the Firefly as a Strathcona Regimental Headquarter's Squadron tank. I don't think RHQ used the Firefly...just command tanks with dummy 75 mm guns and the Sherman Vs.

The Strathconas did not participate in D-Day...they fought in Italy and then moved to Holland in early 1945. They were issued the Firefly once they got to Holland.

I did not use a specific tank. It's just the Tasca kit OOB with the Legends stowage set. Is it the diamond on the turret bin that is the HQ designator? If so that's an easy fix.

I might hit it with some dust tonight to tone it down.
