Hi all, I'm wondering if anyone can shed some light on this...did the 75mm M3 L/40 (flared muzzle) equipped M4 and M4A1 Sherman have the same barrel length as the M3 Lee equipped with the exact same gun?

In other words, from mantlet to tip of the barrel, were both installations of the gun the same length?

Thanks!

Close, but not identical, say within two inches of each other would be a guess.

At 1/35 scale that would be close enough for me.

Thanks guys! Reason I'm asking is that I need to get a flared muzzle 75mm barrel for a Sherman circa D-Day and the only one I can find is one for an M3 Lee. So its good to know it will fit more or less
