Anyone know of a paint conversion for Ammo MIG colors?

Want to build the Takom Turtle and color selection is not my strong suit. I would like to use what is on hand (Tamiya, vallejo, model master) and places like imodelkit or ipms Stockholm don't have Ammo colors.

Colors:
915 dark green
076 brown soil
061 warm sand yellow
059 grey
058 light green khaki

Could always go panzer grey but ugh!

Some ideas I have: Vallejo and Tamiya in order from above

Hello Ryan,
I do not know of such conversion site or chart, but considering the Turtle was a Czech inter-war vehicle, I think you would be safe using the known Czech pre-war scheme for other vehicles.

If it helps, my Bronco Pz 35(t)suggests the following:
Earth
Hobby Color C-133
Dark Green
Mr. Hobby H-73
Hobby Color C-23
Humbrol 67
Tamiya XF-61
Light Brown
Mr. Hobby H-17
Humbrol 62
