I really would appriciate to know what kind off greens(revell or humbrol) i need to mix or the closest match is to Ral 6040 helloliv,thanks in advance.

Vallejo do RAL 6040 (Acrylic) I don't know about enamels. HTH

Here's a useful color conversion chart. It has matches and mixes for standard German colors from 1908 to 2008.

Just seen that Xtracolor do a British Army Heliogreen BS220 (X027) in enamel. I do not know how close it is to the colour you are after.
