Hi fullas,

I'm planning a small scene for a T-62 in Afghanistan during the war with the Soviet Union. I'm looking for a small ruin that might fit a rural setting and I'm not quite sure what's available or what would be accurate. For example would something made from cinder blocks look right, on a dry earth road? Are there any kits out there that might work?

Thanks guys.

The local Afghan home usually consist of a mud walls with brick between the mud.
The soil is truly a "burnt umber" colour if you are looking for a paint tone to focus on. I would suggest trying Vallego paints.

Hey Phil,
The best rural building I've seen is by AirFix.
very easy to copy into 1/35.
Check their site.
