I just got in a Commander's T3 Christie conversion set that I bought from someone on Facebook. The majority of the major parts are there but it's missing 9 resin pieces (that are specified on the instructions; all the wheels are there) and the PE fret. I've told the guy this so hopefully he'll find the parts if he just misplaced them or send them if he knew. But if I can't get the missing pieces from this person, how am I able to obtain replacement parts from Commander's? I don't have a bill or proof of sale other than the conversation through Facebook.

Give them a call. That is you best bet. Offer a little cash for shipping the parts.
