Hi All,
I recently purchased the Asuka/Tasca "Easy Eight". Lovely kit and I'm really enjoying it.
The only problem for me is the ghastly tracks! I presume some type of vinyl? What do you recommend for glueing them (all those horns, aaaah!) and will they take acrylic paint?
Cheers
Keith

I used normal liquid cement -- no adhesion problems with the styrene parts to the Asuka's vinyl material

Hi Keith,

i just completed building the asuka easy 8 last week. The tracks respond well to my all time favourite tamiya extra fine cement. I tried using revell contacta and it works like a charm. I believe they are styrene. The tracks are superb and assembly them straight forward.
