Hello
Is there a list of Eduard names such as Weekend Edition, Profipak, Brassin as to what they mean? Sure would help understanding their products.

Well, here's my understanding of what these names mean.

1) Weekend Edition kits are just that-- bare bones model kits, with one marking option that can be completed in a "weekend" with little or no PE or resin add-ons.
2) Profipak kits have all the bells and whistles, PE, Resin, several options for variants, and come with decals to build several options.
3) Brassin are combinations of PE and resin detail sets, designed to go with a particular kit from another manufacturer, concentrating on the resin details.
4) You've left of the "Big Ed" sets-- which are multiple sheets of PE for the interior and exteriors of models, these are Eduard's individually sold PE sheets for an interior or exterior, that have been packaged together for a lower price point than the individual sheets would cost if purchased separately as individual items. They give complete details for a particular model, such as interiors, exteriors, bomb bays, wheel wells, etc.
5) Lastly are the individual PE sets Eduard sells, under the name Eduard.
Hope this helps.
VR, Russ
