Hi, exist any form to know if some M-24´s early kits have or not the wrong turret. without open the box?

Only the WWII M-24's have this issue, or also include Korean ones?

TIA

I think that only the Bronco 35069, released 2012, suffered from the faulty turret roof. The corrected turret was also released in 2012 so the other variants released afterwards should have the correct turret.

The british version, 35068, which also came in 2012, got this comment in the review by Terry at PMMS:
"The other main alteration is the inclusion of the retooled turret with revised roof bend line, this is also available as a separate set #CB35069SP for those with the earlier kit wishing to update, the revised turret has also be included with subsequent pressings of the initial kit. Given all of that most of the comments below are the same as for the previous kit with additional comments as required. Bronco are to be commended for rectifying the turret details promptly and making the updated turret available separately at minimal cost."

I draw the conclusion that 35072, 35139 and 35166 should have the corrected turret.
New shipments of 35069 should also be OK unless you have the bad luck of buying from someone/somewhere who still has some boxes from the original delivery still in stock.
If you are unlucky there is always the corrected part.
Ask the seller about when they got the delivery before buying. If you buy second hand you should ask the seller, I think I have one of the original bad turrets (and the correction) ...
