According to Panzer Serra's site:

http://panzerserra.blogspot.ca/2011/08/skink-canadian-aa-tank.html

Panzer Resin Models offers a deep bustle (long "nape") turret and now a short bustle (short" nape) turret. Commanders Series Models has also offered a Skink in the past, though don't know if it's still available.

Of the two Panzer Resin kits, the shallow bustle kit has the better turret shape, notwithstanding the bustle depth. The shallow bustle appears to be the eventual "production" version as the three remaining turrets all match this shape and it's the turret shape of the one Skink sent to Europe for trials. The deeper bustle is acceptable for one of two preproduction Skinks, however, the overall shape of the turret is quite poor. It's too flat, the radii around the edge of the turret roof are wrong and the hatches are the wrong shape.

The shorter bustle turret is closer to the right overall shape but is still off in a few areas. It's understandable in both cases as getting the shapes of casting correct can be really challenging, especially for subtle surface contours. But Marco did a better job than the original pattern maker.

The Commanders kit, if you find it, isn't great. There are shape errors and detail errors in the turret. Commanders castings are frequently sub par, especially compared to the best on the market. It might be worth it if you can get a deal on it, but there's a fair amount of work needed to get it right.
