Looking for 1/16 Scale US tank crew, more specifically wearing the CVC. Any pointers?

Thanks.

Verlinden 659 is the only thing that comes to mind.

Thanks Paul. I remember that one: looks horrific & is closer to 1/15 than 1/16! Shame it’s the only one. I was hoping that Tamiya would do its ‘normal’ thing with 1/16 kits and release a grunt + tanker (JGSDF - Type 10), or commander figure & crew bust (Bundeswehr - Leopard 2A6). They’ve already got an era-appropriate 1/16 US Army Infantryman in their range.

There are the 1/16 SOL US female tankers if you don't mind female tankers. They're new...they haven't been released for sale yet, or at least I haven't seen anyone selling them yet as of this posting date.

Legends makes 1/16 M4 magazine pouches and Ops-Core helmets with NVGs. Live-Resin makes 1/16 M4 and ACH helmeted heads with NVGs, so in theory, one can make these into light female infantry instead of tankers. (And other resin makers have 1/16 figures with lots of pouches).

Thanks - hadn’t seen the SOL female tankers. The CVC doesn’t have the right bulk, though. The earcups on those things are almost 2 inches/50mm thick, not to mention the thickness of the ballistic shell itself. I may speak to Reedoak and look at the possibility of a scan.

If you don’t mind converting a toy, 21st Century Toys had a couple 1/18 scale action figures in CVC helmets. One was the old Vietnam era helmet, the other a more modern one. They pop up on eBay now and then.
Ken.
