2nd Battalion, 70th Armor. The figure on the front of the skirt is 'Joe Peckerwood', the unofficial mascot of the 70th, painted on their tanks just before they swam ashore at Utah Beach on D-Day.

I remember when the 70th was attached to the 4th ID in Wiesbaden in 76.
