I'm trying to build a derivative of the Turkish ACV-300. I'm using the AFV Club NATO AIFV as base kit.

I'm hitting a wall with the tracks, since the kit is has the old M113 T150 tracks -- and it appears that the newer M113 derivatives are using the T150F (not Diehl 513B) tracks. Sprockets are also updated.

Are there any aftermarket offering for these tracks and sprockets?

I think Perfect Scale Diehl 513B is the closest you are going to get. Mouse House was doing T150F for a M113AS4 but not sure how it's progressed.

If I was me then I'd consider just rounding the corners on the track pads for Diehl 513B.

The Diehl 513B tracks by Perfect Scale is still similar to the original T130E, except for the larger shoe. Sprockets are narrower compared with the UD(BAe) T130F.

At a guess I would say it is ready, given the main page has this notice

"MA202 M113AS4 NEWS:
Mouse House is now casting this complete kit in house.
We are now well over half way through those who registered their interest - everyone should be contacted well before Christmas 2018"

I presume the tracks may be destined for the full kit, but email John - it can't hurt to ask!!

PS he is on leave until 17/08 according to the home page so don't expect a quick reply.
