Victory Museum - Auburn, IN.
Somewhat unusual canvas arrangement with actual support bows rather than, as per usual, hanging the canvas off the stake sides.

Interesting museum usage in that at one time this trailer housed a large screen video display.

Its not a copy of the old italeri trailer ?

It seems the company likes some of the older italeri stuff :

While Italeri DID offer a Jeep 1/4 ton light trailer and a water cistern trailer plus, I believe, a M101 larger trailer, to my knowledge Italeri has never offered a Ben Hur trailer. So no this is definitely NOT a copy of the Italeri trailer.

Sir you links took me to JAP pages one advertising loads/bags for a Kubel and another offering similar items for a French tank????????????

JAP does carry in their line a US Ambulance currently manufactured in plastic by a Russian firm. That firm has purchased or leased the old Peerless Max/Italeri Dodge Ambulance molds, however I fail to see the connection.

p.s. JAP Models is also a hobby dealer/distributor so they carry many lines of models. And yes one of those lines happens to be Italeri.

I was also pleased (and somewhat amazed) to discover that JAP also offers a WWII era 4 ton, US single axle box trailer. Offered for 50 Euros.

(And yes they are correct; this US trailer had a 3 part rear door that also included a tailgate. This allowed longer items to be carried when necessary while still protecting the general cargo from the elements.)
