I can't tell any unit markings from the pics, but they are most likely US Army National Guard M1A1 SA (Situational Awareness) tanks. The Army National Guard is buying/has bought M1A1 SA tanks in-lieu of M1A2 SEP tanks since they can't afford them. The Army National Guard M1A1 SA tanks are fitted with the SCWS (Stabilized Commander's Weapon Station) along with much of the digital architecture of the M1A2.

Yeah Gino, I knew the guard was using them a year or three ago, thought by now they would have upgraded to the A2
