Meng says both sides are transparent red. I saw a pic on prime portal - the one closest to the loader looks like transparent red/purple. The one on the right looks like a mirror.

They are basically the same as on the Bradley; a day sight and a night sight.

The Problem is that it depends on the angle from which you look at the glass. The effect is caused by the coating on the real thing and is pretty hard to imitate on a scale model. One possibility would be the use of very thin holographic foil. AVF-Club offers it as pre-cut-stickers for diverse kits.

If you don't want to spent some extra money i suggest you paint it clear red for a sand-coloured and clear green or blue for the three-tone-NATO-scheme because it wouldn't be too eye-catchy when it kinda fits to the base colour.

Thanks!

I purchased the decals from the AFV club. It didn't strike me as too realistic. I might stick with clear colors. That's probably not realistic also.

I prefer the painted on tints myself. They look more realistic to me.

Can you use clear red on clear plastic and back with a piece of mylar for reflectivity?

I think that's a good idea. I'll do a test.
