Dragon's latest IDF item is a 1/35 scale plastic kit of an M60 tank fitted with an M9 dozer blade. The kit uses the previously released and very popular IDF Magach 6 tank, to which an M9 dozer blade has been installed.

Looks to be a rebox of the Academy M60A1Rise still missing compressed air cylinder from right rear fender

The M9 dozer used a hydraulic resevoir on the left rear fender. The above CAD appears to have the Israeli version which was an armored box resevoir. It is not likely to be a rebox of Academy's kit, but Dragon's own molds based on their M60 kit. We will see once the plastic comes out.

This looks to be a nice kit. I'll probably get one. That said, I am waiting for the day when we get an M60A1 and/or M60A3.
1. not Israeli (no offense to my Israeli tanker brothers)
2. no ERA
3. and for God's sake no box art of the Marines driving it ashore out of the surf!
Just a straight up M60A1 in U.S. Army cold war service. One with a blade would be an extra bonus. I could do H-65, my tank when I was XO of heavy Company 2/3 ACR.

OK rant over.

AFV Club makes both an M60A1 and M60A3. Both are very nice kits.

M60A1. Who cares about the boxart?

The M60A1 also comes with US Army marking options for tanks from 3-32 Armor, 3rd AR Div, and 4-69 Armor, 8th Inf Div; both stationed in Germany.

The M60A3 has nice box art and US Army Germany markings as well.

For me the box art issue just adds insult to injury. if it ain't Israeli its USMC. That's all.

Is it me or do the colors on the paint guide seen a bit off for it being a MASSTER scheme?I

But IMO the M60A1 would look awesome in Dueler Dots.

It will be sad if Dragon did nothing to all the errors pointed out in 2016 of their M60 kit then give us an improved IDF version. Even though it won't be surprising that they wouldn't correct them.
