Hi all,

I am currently in the process of running a build log in this forum and have been importing images using the 'KitMakerGallery' which has a limit on the disk space allowed for uploading images.

Although i haven't yet reached the limit...but i am close...it is telling me that i have to delete files to make room for more.

I tried deleting some of the earlier images, however, they now no longer show up in the relevant location in the build log, so anyone new reading the log will just see the text without the related pictures.

Is there a way of increasing the 'KitMakerGallery' disk space allowance, or is there another way of importing images into my build log without having a cap on the number of files?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, and regards,

G

I use this service/site: https://imgur.com/

Copying images from computer to one of my albums at imgur
is a simple drag&drop, from window on computer to the album in the internet browser.
Click on the image in the album and select BB-code and Copy.
Hit the img-button on the post editing window and paste the link.
Hard to make it easier than that

I use onedrive.live.com for the picture storage.
I have 5GB of storage there, and have used only 791MB so far with all the Pics that I've posted here.
This is from Microsoft, How you get it ? I don't remember, I've had it for a long time.
Regards.

Hi Robin and Donald,

Thank you both for our prompt response.

Do both of these options import the photograph straight to the post like the 'KitMakerGallery' or do they create links that have to be clicked on by the reader that then takes them to the image in isolation of the post?

Thanks again, and regards,

G

It all depends on what you do in your post

Cool bridge in France

Linked in as image by hitting the img button below

In all of these examples I have copied and pasted the link.
There is no such thing as clicking on a picture and selecting the command 'Insert in my post at Armorama', at least not that I know about ...
