Saw a decal for a German motorcycle kit, not sure which one. One decal is a red circle with white swastika. Never seen that before. Was someone doing drugs?

Not sure if it was based on reality but the kit is the old Tamiya BMW R75 sidecar.

I figure it's chemically induced. First was thinking medic, but even SS used red cross for medical. And colors are back assward.

It was common for comic books and early model companies during the 1940s, 50s and 60s to depict the swastika in red and white like this. Also in Hollywood just before and often during WWII, there were many variations in depictions of the swastika "meatball". Accuracy was not really as important in the model industry then as it is today. I'm reminded of the old Aurora ME109 as one instance of a kit with spurious markings-- heck, that was a spurious kit!
