I'm in Wisconsin. Draw your own conclusions.

Actually, I've been walking around in -15 degree weather (car to gym, gym to car, bar to bar - it rhymes) in a T Shirt. Fried cheese curds, a camera, and a tape measure. That's all I need.

Robert, I sympathize, having been snowed in here for a week or so (nearly 22"-- an unusual occurrence in my neck of the woods). I spent my time building models, eating, and binge watching Canada's "Murdoch Mysteries" (in it's 12th season). and of course, spending more time than usual on "Kitmaker" and Armorama! Shoveled some snow too, until my years caught up with me. Stay warm.

Hey Robert, if you're in the Milwaukee area Friday and would like to have a true Wisconsin experience a Fish Fry, not to be confused with fried fish, and attend the local SWAMPS meeting give a holler. If not, find the nearest Supper Club, get a Brandy Old Fashion and a hunk of cow. Now there is a true WI experience.

Honestly, until mid January it was mild and brown, heating bills down, then all that crap from the Left Coast came to town and you know the rest...

Are you in Sloshkosh researching something at the EAA or Oshkosh trucks ?

what ever you're up to have fun and stay warm !

Embrace the suck (and drink New Glarus).
It seems that you’re used to the cold and if one doesn’t hide from the cold it’s not too bad.

There's so much snow on the ground here I haven't even seen it. The New Glarus (Spotted Cow, right?) is indeed good stuff. Practicing reverse J turns with rental and working out twice a day because there is ABSOLUTELY nothing else to do except get into trouble in Tomah of all places. You know the area.

And yes, doing a bit of research.

Spotted Cow is one of their flavors.
I think Wisconsinites love Spotted Cow like they love the Packers.

Rob, While there give Point Special Lager a try. It's one of my favorites. It's a nice, tasty session beer.

And I can't wait to see what you come up with on the JLTV.

Heard on the radio: Over 50" or 127CM of snow in the last few weeks in Milwaukee. The city can't keep equipment on the road or have enough drivers to man the trucks. I can imagine what's going on in Tomah. We've been spoiled over the last few years with light snow totals.
Glad to hear that you've discovered New Glarus Brewery. It's been voted "Best Small Brewery" in the US of A. None of their beers are sold outside Wisconsin. I guess we keep the good stuff for ourselves.
Keep your "antifreeze" levels high !
