Hi everyone! I've always liked this model, but never bought it since I haven't foun reference if it ever existed an was used by any army. Can someone shed some light on the subject? Many thanks!

I was supposed to a light infantry squad carrier, working together with the M242 Bushmaster euqipped HMMWV that was released once by Tamiya. Judging from the photos in books, the kit could no be build OOTB, some surgery is needed with the superstructure.

I had one of these laying around for years, before I decided to build it. I did some research on it. From what I remember, they only tested a few of them. The most glaring error is that Italeri designed the rear door completely wrong. I was going to correct this and a few other things, but I just made it into a hardtop, with some donated parts from my father. Looking forward to see what you do with it.
