Nice molding, but...would be even better if one of the sides was cast as a separate piece with an optional open flap side. Increases dio potential. It could be done as a DIY project with the risk of cracking the casting.

I agree, plus it would be great if they included a decal to replicate the complex camo scheme that these ingenious poncho/shelters had.

That is impressive looking for sure!
But I prefer the paper kinds which a number of sellers have and have made a jig which will let me build the paper on a frame with no problems. Then, you can get any look you want, and it is pre-printed so no painting. After the paper is built, you can apply numerous white glue layers to make it sturdy.
But this one is VERY nice looking. Very Nice indeed!

Funny the muzzle brake cover went better in 1/72, usually it is the opposite. In 1/35 it looks like well used chewing gum on stick.
