I'm was working on the Modelcollect P1000 Ratte Weapons Pack this week and discovered a missing part on one sprue. I emailed them to request the part and my willingness to pay for it. I got a reply from Jiangwei Li in 24 hours asking for a photo of the sprue to confirm the piece and that there would be no charge.

As I had already started on another one of the weapons, I then found that I had 3-"X" and 3-"Y" sprues rather than 4-"X" and 2-"Y". They are basically the same but a couple parts are 'handed'. I again emailed Li about a replacement and received both a confirmation of replacement and a tracking number for the shipment!

All this within a two day period. I can't say enough good things about the Modelcollect service and Jiangwei Li in particular. They really know how to take care of a customer and make some sweet kits as well. Looking forward to seeing their new line of 1/35 kits coming out soon.
