Hi all, anyone that have any good photos or info about the M1 abrams turret main gun simulator system that you see on m1 abrams tank on training in Europe... the big black box on the side of the turret ? Anymore parts for it ?
Anyone that have any good photos of the parts os sizes.. Or what is the name on the system so i can try search on google..

It's called a Hoffman device. Goggle it for pictures

Is that not only the german system that is called that ? Or on earlier us tank.. i mean the version they using now ..2017-2018

OK I get it I guess it's a MGSS (Main Gun Signature Simulator) that is similar to this one :



which is part of the MILES system.

You are correct sir. I have that book and it shows the parts for that system (as far as I can tell) very well!
