Ft. Bliss, circa 1985. Actually going to paint and finish a model for the first time in over 3 years. Want to make one of the HETs that used to pick us up in the field when I was with the 3D ACR. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Not sure what you are asking help with. If you are looking for a kit, there are two of the M911 C-HET; Hobby Boss and Meng.

Sorry, looking for actual unit bumper numbers from the time frame I mentioned, I have the Meng kit, but I know it’s a long shot

The C-HETs might have belonged to the 377th Transportation Company (Heavy), 142nd Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, which stations there.

Maybe this could help you with the markings ?

Thanks, Frenchy, I’ll google the unit and see what I can come up with.
