Does anyone have the Eduard set for the M110A2 in 1/35th scale they are willing to part with?

You may already be aware of this, but Eduard later made a set for the M107 (no. 35549). Most of it should work on the M110 too.

For a PE set, the shipping cost should be 9 euros....

Nobody wants to be "that guy" from the other site who will tell you he can whip this out in fifteen minutes, but I will tell you this:
This set is not worth any price.
First off, there is a very distinctive weave pattern in the cooling vents on the right side of the hull. These don't look the part in PE. What does: Actual mesh like that from an oldie like Tamiya's T62.
The fuel can holders and tool rack are items that can be found on many US vehicle PE sets. I daresay if you look through the images at Eduard's site you'll find a set with both. Having build a number of these kits over the years, (and yes, I purchased the PE set once) I'll tell you the other pieces that you can't reproduce with .010 sheet styrene in the set are too thin, or just plain incorrect, like the brush guards. I understand there is a paint like substance that will build them up into a "3D" look, but as our esteemed missing man could tell you, you could uh, really gin those up in about fi'teen minutes, and they'd look better.
I'd be more concerned about reviews that never mention the foreshortened feed motor for the loader, and its inaccuracies, or the reversed/missing details on the tube, all of which can be corrected with no aftermarket.

Yes the postage for shipment to the US was $10.95. Their postage is a flat rate per order $10.95 for US and $21.95 for international. So, I added a couple of more items to my order...

The another item requiring replacement on the kit are the equilibrators. These are corrected with telescoping brass tubing and the connector ends cut off the kit parts. There are lots of inaccuracies with this old M110 series kit; but, it is the only one on the market.

I agree with Robert in regards to the PE. I’ll occasionally download the Eduard directions and use them to build parts from styrene. I only use PE when I absolutely have too. Ive got tons of lead foil, styrene, wire, you name it. If I can scratch it, I will.
