Hey Guys,
Looking to see what your experience has been with Meng customer service. Not here to bash them just curious how it went for you. I recently submitted a request for a replacement part that was damaged inside the box.
Thanks in advance.

Cam.
Recently had to contact meng for two damage parts trees from the IDF D9R. The damage to these part trees was my fault. I sent them 10.00 U.S. through PayPal, and had the replacement trees in a week. I thought they where helpful and professional.

My new puppy somehow got a sprue and chewed it up. I contacted them, paid $10 and had the new part in about 2 weeks.

I had a similar good experience with Meng. I purchased a kit off ebay that was missing the 2 spruces of the running gear. $10 paypal to Meng and i got them about a week or so later. All good things as far as I'm concerned.
