Hi guys,

as you can see by the title of this topic i'm working on the M1a2 SEP Dragon 3536 and i have an question.
In step 11 the new type commanders's cupola is constructed and in step 12 is is attachted to the rooftop.
But HOW is it secured to the rooftop ? The new type cupola slide in and out of the opening in the rooftop, there is NO securestop as in the old type cupola...
Anyone knows the answer ?

TIA !!

It glues in place. The Improved Commander's Weapon Station (ICWS) does not rotate as a whole as the CWS did on the M1A1. There is a geared ring on it that the .50 cal mount rotates on.

Hi Gio,

Okay, makes sence.
I found the instructions from Dragon 3535 M1a1 AIM and there is part P22 to secure the older type cupola th the rooftop.
Perhaps i can glue a strip of plastic inside the new type cupola to make sure it keepes attached to the opening in the rooftop.
Anyway, thanks for your fast reply !
Keep safe !

Ge
