Hi to all! I'm planning on transforming a Revel TPZ Fuchs NBQ into an M93 Fox. The main difference I coul notice are the smoke dischargers. Does anyone know if htere is any other major difference? Many thanks in advance!

There are several differences on the roof, among other things. Send me your email address. I did a walk around of one a few years ago that shows the top quite well.

The problem is that the RoG kit is not correct. Take into consideration that you have to rebuild the rear NBC compartment.
I hope that someday someone will release a good kit of the Fox/Fuchs.
Main changes of the real one are:
Abrams type smoke dischargers and ammo boxes
Abrams type 7.62mm M240 m.g. mount
Box for sensor on rooftop
Box for self-recovery winch on rear-right side
Final models have a M153 CROWS II instead of the M240

Hi!
From my point, RoG tires on the "Fuchs" as well as their "Luchs" are not only too wide but look completely off shape. I would strongly recommend changing them against resin tires, for exampe those of MR Modellbau. But there are a lot of other points in which these kits are far from todays kit standard...But these are the only available kits from this vehicle.

Building a Fox in good quality is quite costly. Revell kit about 20 Euros. MR Models: Correct Tires 18,50 Euro, Interior set 25,50 Euro, External detail set 18,50 Euros. One cheap Abrams kit(e.g. Trumpeter) for SGL, m.g. and ammo boxes. Plus lots of motivation for scratchbuilding.

Don`t need to care for the tires if you build the vehicle in swimming mode.

Hi Gonzalo,
be aware that the NBC Bulge on the rear is completely wrong, so it has to be build from scratch.

Thank you all for your comments... Seems like I would be getting in really difficult ground. Guess I'l wait a bit till my skils are better!
