knowing Miniart they will issue several variants, including civilian vehicles. They have done this with almost every release so far.

This company has so many original ideas, almost monthly they issue kits no one has done yet! love them!!!

It makes perfect sense, they just put out the omnibus kits military & Civvy versions and this has most the same chassis, wheels, running gear etc.

The same chassis was even used for a 3-Pdr gun carrier and the "Samson armoured lorry" :

I wonder if that armoured truck was named Samson or if it was actually under the command of Commander Samson (unsure about the actual rank at the time in Antwerp, British Naval Air Service)

If you look at the old postcard above, you'll notice that the caption (in French) mentions the destruction of "a lot of Uhlans" by Commander Samson's "auto-blindée" (armored car)

So what is the load capacity convention: 1 ton, 10 hundredweight, and 0 stone; or 1 ton, 10 hundredweight, and 0 pounds?
