Which ever way you go, it's probably pretty useful for you to Google both vehicles and do some viewing of the available images of each in action - this will give you a diverse look at what the camo schemes and winter camo looked like.

Keep in mind that most of these vehicles received some additional camo colors over their base-coats (mostly dunkelgelb, as both of these types were current in the mid- and later war periods), so many of these Marder III and Wespe were either bicolor or tricolor, and that most winter camo was applied over whatever "summer" camo they were wearing. Opens up a lot of possibilities for interesting paint jobs, I think!
