I am on my laptop right now and they look fine.
I am usually on my IPAD so i can zoom in more to check out the details better. (bad eyes lol)

Thank you, I really appreciate that! I’d like to make a small diorama base for it, something very simple just to showcase it, but I’m absolutely terrible at making landscapes and don’t really know where to begin. In terms of AA guns, I also have a Flak 88 that’s 99% done and just needs finishing touches. Both could go on the same base, if I ever develop some skills for one.

Looks good - nice and simple.

My next door neighbour, who is now 91, served on one of these as a loader and later a gunner in 1945, at the ripe old age of 16. He tells me that the loaders had about 1.7 seconds to change magazines when the gun was firing full bore.

I am a fan of this Kruppcake!
Clean build and beautiful painting.
As for the base: go with something simple: a pricture frame and a kind of cobblestone to put the gun and carriage on? Keeps the focus on the gun.

Really nice job! I like you have not overdone the weathering, although some more dirt would not hurt

Look forward to see the scene (I am terrible at that as well, so have decided it's fine for me to leave the kits on a wooden base and enjoy what I like: building and painting models!)

Thank you for your kind words! I have two small wooden picture frames set aside for such purposes, but I need to first learn to do even a basic landscape. It’s on my to-do list, but with 25 other models lined up it never seems to get prioritized.

Thank you! I’m wary of putting too much weathering on my models, firstly so it doesn’t obscure too much of the detail, and secondly, so that vehicles which may not have travelled a lot through rough terrain don’t have a ton of dirt on them. I get tunnel vision when working on one model too long and figure that usually less is more when it comes to weathering application.
