Of the available 1/35th kits which one would you recommend regardless of price?

Hi Greg;

Now you are going to get many answers; And it all comes down to personal taste !! Takom, Trumpeter, Zvesda, etc; So you can Toss "A" Coin !!! IMHO Takom; Buy that's just Me !
I have all three in my collection and the level of details in the Takom were the Best. And I built another Takom T-14 using the Custom Factory conversion turret with out the Outer Armored shell exposing the naked turret.

Thanks Mike. I just want a kit that is accurate, fits well, doesn't have issues in assembly, or requires a ton of aftermarket to correct something lacking in the kit.

hello
don't know about accuracy but i have the Trumpeter kit and it's low point is that the slat are way heavy. Need ET PE set...
BTW i don't know if the slat of the Zvezda or Takom kits are better.

Hi;

I have built all three; The Trumpeter kit is o.k. other than the number of part's like all of there other offerings. The Zvesda kit is IMHO way to Heavy on there plastic, and over simplified on there parts, and there Engine Screens are just awful and will need to be replaced with good PE ! The only thing that I did not like on the Takom kit was the lack of detail on the underside of the Hull ! Now for those who will care, the kit will need to be filled in with plastic card in A number of places so that you cant See thru to the other side which is A NO NO !!

Thanks Mike. Detail is important. The plasticard part is easy.
