They are. As for resin, I don't think anyone would waste their time on producing a kit in 1/24, let alone 1/35, although Italeri does have several good candidates. Even Heller does a nice Mercedes cabover that would fit the bill. Unfortunately not much suitable in 1/32 is out there, unless you want to do a die cast/plastic hybrid.

That would be simple to scratch-build out of plastic sheet, as it is essentially a series of relatively flat panels.
In fact, I have a 1/76-scale die-cast Mercedes truck, which may get that treatment at some point.
