Anyone have any comments on them , any good , over-under scale , sink holes or other problems ?

They are perhaps the least awful part of an awful model series.

The separate pads are a good idea and work well, plus the links fit together with no issues, but they are devoid of any trackpin detail and are very thick compared to the original.

Depending on which Dragon M113 you have the lengths do not fit very well. They were designed for the initial, longer hulled kits but Dragon didn't tool up a shortened lower hull for the later Israeli and flamethrower version. That means that the wheel spacing is seriously out and you will need to use some of the spare single links instead of one of the shorter lengths to get it to fit.

Personally I would give the Dragon M113 series a miss as it is not one of their best. Stick with AFV CLUB or Academy.

However, if you can get the flamethrower at a decent price, grab it and use the guts to kitbash one with a better base kit although apparently nobody has managed to get the turret right yet. I think I picked mine up on a Dragon DoD for like 20-25$ but that was the only way I was going to buy one, they're truly craptacular. The original Tamiya kit is better IMHO. YMMV.
