Has anyone bought a Model Collect "what if" German tank (1/35)? They seem to be suspiciously low in price.

I haven’t bought their ‘46 tanks, but I have purchased their V1 launch site, and their Pershing Missile Launcher/transporter sets— low price, and high quality is their trademark. The detail on the Pershing Missile is incredible for the price. The V1 is simple, you get two exceptionally well detailed V1s, steam launchers, and two sections of launch rail, for a very reasonable price. So far I’ve found Model Collect rivals or surpasses other 1/72 scale vehicle manufacturers in fidelity of scale and detail. They are probably in the top two, and about TAKOM quality (I’ve built a couple of the TAKOM kits too). I think they’re better than Dragon kits. Hope this helps you decide.

Yeah...I've got a couple of their 1/72 scale tanks, too. Not bad...includes PE...sometimes simplified, but still has detail. Compares well to early Dragon 1/72, but not later Dragon (maybe Revell, or Trumpeter). But I was inquiring about 1/35 Model Collect. I realize there is no interiors, but even so they are about 1/2 the price of most other 1/35 armor kits.

I have their E-50 kit and it is rather good. Some parts such as the exhaust grates are a little simplified but it compares favorably to the Trumpeter kit.

So it's well worth the seemingly low price? Is there any included PE?
