Jeeps with stretcher configuration question

A Canadian Archive photo shows a Canadian Jeep configured to transport stretchers of which there are likely many variations. For this particular setup, would anyone have any photos show how the rear support is likely configured for this version?

Yes, it was. But in order to get all the posts together I had to use the R.C.A.M.C. abbrevation in the search, so the build followed along.
