Which kit number? Are you talking about the big rectangular panels? Can you not scratch those from .020" styrene sheet?

Copy it’s the Dragon kit which was missing the panels and yes I could scratch them just don’t want too. The should have been in the kit but Dragons quality control is very good.

Which kit number do you have? Not all Dragon kits came with the CIPs (Combat Identifier Panels). Also, I thought you bought it second hand? If so, maybe the seller took them out, like the tracks.

That’s a very good point for sure since this is the second item missing but that’s the chance we all take buying at shows.

Are they shown in the instructions? If not they weren’t included in the kit.

Not to be an ***hole but in the time you have spent thus far you could have easily made them as Gino suggested. Good luck.

To be fair, he still needs the decals for the stenciling in the center of the panels.

Yes that would be correct unless I attempt to paint it.

You could use the smallest stencil decal that you have. Doesn't have to say the right words. Obscure them later with dust/dirt, etc. so some wording is visible but not legible!

Get some clear computer decal paper and print the "THIS SIDE OFF" lettering yourself. Painting it will look like crap as no one can paint the lettering clearly that small.

Did you get what you need. I have the IFF panels in photo etch and in decal form if you still need. I also have plenty of "THIS SIDE OFF" decals to spare.

Do you need decals for Abrams?

To tell you the truth, I have a crap load of Abrams parts from the Dragon and RFM kits.
