Why not!!!
The base kit as I told in a prev post is an Italeri M901 Hummerhead wit a scratchbuild conversion to M106 as you can see in the pic.

It has been painted with 50% of Humbrol Super 86 (or 98?) and 116 thinned with white spirit. Then it received a coat of Future for preparation to decaling. Another coat of Future to seal the decals and then a elective wash with 50% of W&N Lamp Black and 50% Raw Umber. Then a coat of Gunze transparent matt and filters with W&N Naples yellow, Titanium White, Burnt and Raw Umber.
The heavy dust has been reproduced with pigments applied on a "bed" of W&N Naples Yellow + Raw Umber.
The rust on the exaust is real rust applied on a "bed" of W&N Raw Umber...
That's it
Ciao

Can the hatches for the mortar open to see the interior?

Alan,
ufortunately this model initially had to be an M106 Ambulance with full scratchbuilt interiors. I'm still waiting for the Manual to do the interiors, that looks quite hard to be found, and so I decided to postpone the ambulance variant and to do it as an 100% "closed" model.
I hope to be able to do a VCC1 "Camillino" (a M113 derivative made in Italy ) with full scratchbuilt interiors before the end of the campaign...
Ciao
