Hello culture lovers :-) I am looking for any ideas on what to build for this campaign The only post Korean war armor I have right now is a Testors/Italaleri M47 patton and an older Heller AMX-13 155mm sp howitzer

I am not sure if either one would be good for this campaign I am also thinking of the Tamiya T-55 I wish to build something unusual but I don't wish to spend a great deal of money as well

I want to get out of the W.W.2/Korean War armor I generally build

Why not use one of these? The old M47 or AMX could be taken from old military stockpiles being pressed into service as newer equipment has been destroyed. In this world everyone fielded stuff taken right out of old museums and personnel collections. If it could shoot and run it would be used. Hell it doesn't even have to run just shoot and be included in a strongpoint. This campaign is totally left up to the imagination and your creativity. Use them!

I forgot I also have the AFV Club M35A2 truck I can always add a recoiless rifle in place of the .50 cal I know Tamiya had a 57mm version

I have the old Italeri Hetzer I may make that into the Ft Knox runner version Painted in OD or some modern camo as a militia vehicle

Or a Sherman with a Patton turret? A hummer with a recoiless rifle for convoy escort

Chad-

All your ideas are on target! Just imagine what resourceful, desperate people could cobble up! Then build it.

Think of the Mad Max movies. Think junkyard build. Let your imagination go wild and have fun. You have three different kits that you have that could be turned into some neat creations. This is what I like about this campaign. It allows you to build a what if. No rivet counters to worry about. You are the designer so no one can argue with the design.
