Hello All,
I am very involved in Tamiya 1/16 scale tanks, having 16 of them which I run in a fleet for my business - www.tankcommandltd.com.
I wondered if anyone had heard of a method of overwriting the pre-recorded sounds on the DMD, or found any other way of changing the sound (aside from removing the box holding the speaker!!!).
After nearly 5 years of hearing the same old engine start ups etc, it would be nice to have a change!!!
Any info would be very welcome.
Cheers All

Hi,
actually there is!!!!
I had found this web http://www.freewebtown.com/jyliang/eng/index_e.html

here are some videos

here's the downside, the company said that they are testing the market, so for the CSC135 full set, is only able to power motor size of up to 280.
If everything goes well, they will release the CSC 116 in 2007 July , that is able to power motor size of 540.
Their IR battle system is compatible with Tamiya's. I had ordered one full set, planning to installed into my 1/16 T34.

Check it out
Regards
